In collaboration with leading researchers worldwide, we design our medicines to address the limitations of existing therapies. Our goal is to give patients more time, a better quality of life, and greater hope for the future.

Our research teams work closely with clinical investigators and healthcare professionalsto create new treatment opportunities for patients with limited options.

Patients are at the heart of everything we do at Voronoi. We are committed to developing therapies that make a meaningful difference for cancer patients and their families.

REACH-EGFR: VRN11 for EGFR-Mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

REACH-EGFR is a clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of VRN11, a fourth-generation EGFR-targeted therapy, in patients with EGFR-mutant NSCLC. VRN11 is being studied for its activity in the brain, strong inhibition of EGFR mutations, and favorable safety profile. The trial includes patients starting their first treatment as well as those whose cancer has progressed after osimertinib (Tagrisso).

VRN10 Clinical Trial in Patients with HER2-Positive Solid Tumors (LUMIN-HER2)

This Phase 1 clinical trial is evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of VRN10 (VRN101099) in patients with HER2-positive solid tumors who have no standard treatment options available. Antitumor activity has been observed even after prior HER2-targeted therapies, including Enhertu (T-DXd), and the study is also evaluating its potential activity against brain metastases.
